Transforming Spaces. Building Community Sports Hubs.
Verse works with councils, schools and community organisations to unlock the potential of under-utilised sports spaces - turning them into high-quality, revenue-generating facilities that benefit the whole community.
Council & Public sites
Regeneration of Underused Spaces.
Typical Opportunities:
Disused or low-use sports pitches.
Open green spaces.
Hardstanding areas suitable for conversion.
Outcome: Modern, accessible sports hubs that drive participation and generate sustainable income.
We partner with local authorities to redevelop underutilised or abandoned sports facilities, including disused pitches, hardstanding areas, and ageing infrastructure.
Our investment-led approach allows councils to upgrade facilities without capital expenditure, while increasing participation and community engagement.
